The rooms here were clean and had a nice view of the park. It was great to have an electric kettle and a fridge in the room. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was really convenient and awesome! 🌳

Its personnel was affable and amicable, nothing to complain about. The location in a shopping area was great and there were shopping malls and a market nearby. Had brunch in the Kamii Sushi Bar, located nearby.

Great hotel and marvellous and favourable location in a historical landmark. Very comfy bed, clean bathroom and a flat-screen TV with cable channels, central heating, and a personal safe in the room. Magnificent view of city from the window. Location very close to the Shanghai History Museum, Shanghai for both Business or pleasure, solo or Family and many super markets, pharmacies, shops and malls. Nearby Kamii Sushi Bar - great place to chill out. Nice overall experience.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is ideal, as it is right on People's Square and close to the subway, making it easy to explore the city. It is also situated in the geographical center of this city, making it convenient to reach all the major attractions. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Additionally, the breakfast options were amazing, with a wide variety of both Chinese and Western dishes to choose from.

Lobby staff was very friendly and helpful. Elegant old place with very good rate on booking dot com. Location excellent for all museums in People's Square. Gongdelin vegetarian restaurant also just 3 blocks west.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the city. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing excellent customer service. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The hotel also offered a good selection of facilities, including a fitness center and a restaurant.
There were a few drawbacks. The room could have been better maintained, with some areas showing signs of wear and tear.
